Hi Good Life Health Shop - I enjoyed an Ayurvedic Massage with Kinu today. It was my first time experiencing this type of massage. Kinu is very kind and gives lovely calm energy which I need. She explains the process at the start then it's quiet and the dimmed lights help allow one to fully relax and introvert. My reason for the massage was to help relieve stress (my mind and emotions) and tension in my muscles after having been rear-ended in a car collision a few weeks ago. The Ayurvedic massage felt wonderful and really helped my mind and whole body. Afterwards I felt calm, relaxed and my muscles were much softer and supple. I also felt more positive in mindset to continue the rest of my day. I highly recommend this whole body massage. I am very grateful to Kinu and her skills. Thank you very much.

I had a Reiki session with Dayle who helped relieve discomfort with a chronic issue as well as a newer upper back injury.
